1. Legal Agreement

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with PowerFence Tanzania.


2. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • Electric fencing systems
  • Perimeter security solutions
  • Installation, maintenance, and technical support

All services must comply with applicable Tanzanian safety and electrical standards.


3. Compliance with Safety Standards

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Electric fence systems must be installed in accordance with recognized electrical and safety codes
  • Warning signage must be installed where required
  • The system must not pose danger to the public, animals, or neighboring properties

The client assumes responsibility for legal compliance at the installation site.


4. Installation Terms

  • Installation must be conducted by PowerFence Tanzania technicians or approved professionals
  • We reserve the right to refuse installation where:
    • The site is unsafe
    • Legal compliance cannot be ensured

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate site information
  • Ensure safe and lawful use of the electric fence
  • Maintain the system in accordance with provided guidelines

6. Limitation of Liability (Critical Clause)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerFence Tanzania shall not be liable for:

  • Injury, death, or damage caused by misuse or improper installation
  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party interference
  • Failure to maintain the system

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the supplied product only.


7. Indemnity Clause

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PowerFence Tanzania from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from:

  • Improper use of electric fencing
  • Non-compliance with safety regulations
  • Installation by unauthorized personnel

8. Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty applies only under normal and intended use
  • Warranty is void if:
    • The product is tampered with
    • Installed incorrectly
    • Damaged by environmental or external factors

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Power failures or infrastructure issues

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to courts of Tanzania

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services for breach of terms
  • Cancel orders where risk or non-compliance is identified
